1. Service / 服务

EchoScribe is a personal audio notebook provided by PHUONG HANG PRODUCTION AND TRADING COMPANY LIMITED. It supports local recording, audio import, text notes, optional cloud transcription, summaries, language sentiment labels and translation. This version is free and has no in-app subscriptions or purchase flow.

声笺是一款个人音频笔记工具，提供本机录音、音频导入、文字笔记以及可选的云端转写、总结、语言情感标签和翻译。本版本免费，无 App 内订阅或购买流程。

2. Your responsibilities / 使用责任

You retain rights to your content. Only record, import, upload or share content you own or have permission to use. Obtain any consent required by applicable recording and privacy laws. Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, abuse the API, bypass limits or upload malicious content. The app does not download or extract videos from third-party platforms.

你保留内容权利。仅录制、导入、上传或分享你拥有或获准使用的内容，遵守适用的录音及隐私法律。不得违法使用、侵犯他人权利、滥用接口、绕过限制或上传恶意内容。本 App 不下载或提取第三方平台视频。

3. AI limitations / AI 局限

AI transcripts, summaries, translations and sentiment labels can be incomplete or incorrect. Verify important details against the source. Sentiment labels describe language patterns, not a person’s actual feelings or health, and are not a diagnosis. The app provides no medical, legal, financial, emergency or other professional advice.

AI 转写、总结、翻译和情感标签可能不完整或不准确，重要内容请对照原文核实。情感标签仅描述语言模式，不能判断人的真实情绪或健康，也不是诊断。本 App 不提供医疗、法律、金融、紧急服务等专业建议。

4. Cloud services and availability / 云端服务与可用性

Cloud features require an internet connection and depend on AssemblyAI, Anthropic, Google and Cloudflare. Before sending content, read the in-app disclosure and Privacy Policy. File-size, text-length and request-rate limits protect availability. Limits and provider availability may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or lifetime availability of third-party AI. Audio remains available locally when a cloud request fails.

云端功能需要联网，依赖 AssemblyAI、Anthropic、Google 及 Cloudflare。发送前请阅读 App 提示和隐私政策。文件大小、文字长度及请求频率限制用于保障可用性，可能随服务变化。我们不保证第三方 AI 永不中断或永久可用；云请求失败时本机录音会保留。

5. Your data / 数据

Keep backups or exports of important notes. You control sharing through iOS. Deletion may be irreversible; copies held by recipients and provider backups may remain under their policies. See the Privacy Policy for data processing and deletion details.

请导出或备份重要内容，分享由你通过 iOS 控制。删除可能无法撤销，接收方副本及供应商备份按其政策处理。详见隐私政策。

6. License and liability / 许可与责任

You receive a personal, non-exclusive right to use the app in accordance with Apple’s applicable terms and these terms. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available without warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain in force.

在遵守 Apple 适用条款及本条款的前提下，你获得个人、非独占的使用许可。在法律允许范围内，服务按当前可用状态提供，不保证准确性或特定用途适用性。本条款不排除法律不可排除的权利和责任，强制性消费者保护继续适用。
